  • How do I delete my account?
  • You can terminate your account by sending an email to support@simplesam.com

  • How does Sam personalize my plan?
  • After you import your fundraising details (amount and desired completion date) Simple Sam will construct a week-by-week plan with detailed steps specifically catered to your fundraiser. For example, as a step, Simple Sam will recommend you contact 5 bronze level partners/contacts via email.

  • What if I need to take a break?
  • We understand! If you need a break from the fundraising process, or are taking a vacation, simply adjust your fundraisers end-date. If you’re taking a break for a week, simply push your end-date back a week. You can do this on the Settings page.

  • Creating an account is as easy as entering your email address and choosing a password. From there we’ll walk you through the first few steps to ensure you begin the fundraising process on the right foot. You can sign-up for an account on our Sign Up page
